When I think of Mike Dominguez, I often think of the late "Godfather of Soul", James Brown. To some that might seem strange, but it makes perfect sense. James Brown was often referred to as the "Hardest working man in show business". With sales and marketing responsibility all of MGM Resorts and its 42,000 hotel rooms and over 3 million square feet of conference space, you don't get the job just because you're a nice guy. You have to make good things happen. In our hospitality world, Mike Dominguez is that guy.
